Hill City Comics & Cards does not distribute, sell, or rent your name or personal information to any third party. We do share any statistics with any third-party vendors and will never provide any personal or specific information about the individuals who buy from us. Your personal information will not be used for any purpose other than to send product or track orders, nor will it be divulged to anyone outside of our company, unless required by law or legal process. We only ask for the information we need to complete an order: your name, email address, mailing address, and credit card number and expiration date in order to process your order, fill it, and communicate with you regarding its status. We email customers information about store items and sales only when they request it.

Methods of payments we accept and which currency do you use?
You can pay for your order Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal or E-transfer. ALL PRICES ARE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS. Currently $1.00 Canadian = approx .75¢ US ($100.00 purchase on the website would cost approx. $75.00 US). If purchasing from the USA with a US credit card most credit card companies will charge you a small currency exchange fee of approx 1.5%.
How do you ship my order and how long will it take to get
Most orders ship within 3 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will let you know how long it will take for more stock to arrive.
We ship all parcels by Canada Post. While they are very dependable and affordable they are not always fast so please allow 1 week for delivery in Canada, 10 - 14 days for parcels going to the USA, 10-14 days for International parcels shipping by air and 6-8 weeks (and in some cases as long as 12 weeks) for International parcels shipping surface.
If shipping by Expediated Parcel a tracking number will automatically be emailed to you when your order is shipped. If shipping in Canada by Regular Mail (bubble envelope with stiff cardboard for $8.00) or by Small Package (USA and International) no tracking is available.
Can I check the status of my order?
If you have questions about your order, please call us at 1-807-344-8774. Please have your name, your shipping address and the order number ready as we will need this information to look up your order status.
What is Hill City Comics & Cards return policy?
If for any reason, you are not 100% completely satisfied with your order, return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, replacement or exchange. (item must be in the same condition as when sent and still in the original packaging) Hill City Comics will also reimburse customers for the cost of the return shipping if damaged product is received or an incorrect items shipped.
How do I return something?
Please be sure to mail your parcel back by the post office (regular parcel post is fine). We will not accept any parcels returned any other way. Clearly mark on the outside of the parcel "RETURNED MERCHANDISE". Don't forget to include a copy of the invoice, or at least a short note who the parcel is from, and what your address and telephone number is inside the parcel. Mail your parcel to:

Do I have to pay any taxes?
Prices do not include any taxes. If you live in Canada then the appropriate GST or HST will be added according to the province you live in. We DO NOT charge tax to anyone that lives outside of Canada. Please be aware some countries will charge a duty on your order.
