Hill City Comics & Cards does not distribute, sell, or rent your name or personal information to any third party. We do share any statistics with any third-party vendors and will never provide any personal or specific information about the individuals who buy from us. Your personal information will not be used for any purpose other than to send product or track orders, nor will it be divulged to anyone outside of our company, unless required by law or legal process. We only ask for the information we need to complete an order: your name, email address, mailing address, and credit card number and expiration date in order to process your order, fill it, and communicate with you regarding its status. We email customers information about store items and sales only when they request it.

You can pay for your order with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or E-transfer.
Most orders ship within 3 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will let you know how long it will take for more stock to arrive.
We ship parcels by Canada Post and Sendel (Canpar for Eastern Canada and ICS Courier for Western Canada).
While Canada Post are very dependable, they are not always fast so please allow 1 week for delivery in Canada, 10 - 14 days for parcels going to the USA, 10-14 days for International parcels shipping by air and 6-8 weeks (and in some cases as long as 12 weeks) for International parcels shipping surface.
If shipping by Sendel or Canada Post Expediated Parcel, a tracking number will automatically be emailed to you when your order is shipped. If shipping in Canada by Regular Mail (bubble envelope with stiff cardboard for $8.00) or by Small Package (USA and International) no tracking is available.

Please have your name, your shipping address and the order number ready as we will need this information to look up your order status.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must contact us via our contact form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please be sure to ship your parcel back by Canada Post (regular parcel post is fine). We will not accept any parcels returned any other way. Clearly mark on the outside of the parcel "RETURNED MERCHANDISE". Don't forget to include a copy of the invoice, or at least a short note who the parcel is from, and what your address and telephone number is inside the parcel. Mail your parcel to:

Prices do not include any taxes. If you live in Canada then the appropriate GST or HST will be added according to the province you live in. We DO NOT charge tax to anyone that lives outside of Canada. Please be aware some countries will charge a duty on your order.
